Huh?

Can anyone else make any sense of this?

I replied to Terry:

'The location of the earth in regards to the sun has no relevance to the planet's age, genius. They are completely unconnected. Just because we are at an optimal distance from the sun does nothing to support "young-earth" creationism.

"Charles Reasonable" says this in reply to me.

'That maybe so, but explain this: if evolution is true, then everything needs to evolve. So, what did God evolve from? OR, if Creationism is true, then did God evolve everything in 3 days? What we need is a list of everything that's been evolved vs everything that's been evolved by God. But that can't even be true because these fossils we see weren't even around in evolution times, so God couldn't have evolved them.See, your dreams need to evolve - that's what needs evolution: your mind. Then we can stop talking about space and the sun, and start talking about life. Everyone posting here is thinking something, we just don't know what!! But I know you're a thinker, so I'm asking. Sometimes us dreamers need to get together with you thinkers - then we know what's what. That's called UNITY.

What the hell does any of that have to do with anything I was talking about?

Seriously, that guy's either high or he bashed his face against the keyboard to produce that paragraph.

Also, telephones need to evolve. So do rocks. And blood vessels.

  2. He must be related to Sye Ten B.

But that can't even be true because these fossils we see weren't even around in evolution times...

What the hell is "evolution times"?

That is one of the most out there posts I've ever read.

Yes, Rando, I can. That is the most breathtakingly perfect example of the Begging the Question fallacy I have ever seen.

"Charles Reasonable" deserves some sort of award...or punishment. I'm not sure which.

There's a weird misunderstanding here. Evolve becomes transitive. Ray does this too. He mocked scientists for not being able to evolve bees, for instance.

Perhaps its an inability to conceive of natural processes according to the characteristics of matter and energy. Everything is done by somebody...unless it's the entire universe coming "from nothing"...but even then fundies talk about the "universe making itself," which still has the subtle assumption that everything is made by an agent.

  10. What the hell is "evolution times"?

Evolution times comes before Bible times, which comes before medieval times.
