I lived in low income housing, but it wasn't like Cabrini Green, or anywhere like that. It wasn't inner city projects, the town wasn't big enough to be a city, let alone have an inner city. There was poverty, some crime, some drugs, but nothing like a large inner city. I'm not one of the "thousand points of light" or anything. It was more of a rural area. I remember in the late 70s/early 80s when we started getting Super Station WTBS.
